Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Instructions to enter the Cancer Council SA’s Hit Cancer For Six donation incentive promotion forms part of these conditions.
  2. To be eligible to receive a prize, donors (Entrants) must donate to Hit Cancer For Six 2023 at a minimum value of $10 for one entry before 11.59pm on Tuesday 19 December 2023.
  3. Entry is automatic based on total funds donated as at 11.59pm Sunday, Tuesday 19 December 2023.
  4. Donations under $10 do not qualify for entry to the competition.
  5. Donated funds which cannot be attributed to an entrant before 11.59pm Sunday, 19 December are excluded from entry. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure they have provided up to date contact details at the point of donation.
  6. The promoter of this Competition is The Anti-Cancer Foundation of South Australia, trading as Cancer Council SA, address: 202 Greenhill Road, EASTWOOD SA  5063, ABN 31 469 615 538 (the Promoter).
  7. Qualifying entrants are entitled to receive one (1) Prize only.
  8. Qualifying entrants must be aged18 or over at the time of entering the competition.
  9. Qualifying entrants are entitled to receive no more than 15 entries to the competition irrespective of the amount of money donated.
  10. The prize (Prize) pool is made up of one enclosed corporate suite at Adelaide Oval including catering and alcohol package on Sunday 31 December 2023.
  11. Prize offered is subject to change due to supplier availability.
  12. The start date of the promotion is Monday, 9 October 2023.
  13. Entries close at 11.59pm Tuesday 19 December 2023.
  14. The prize will be drawn at the Promoter’s office at 12pm on Wednesday 20th December 2023.
  15. The prize will be awarded to the entrant named in the entry. However, in the event of a dispute, the prize will be awarded to the email account holder of the entry mechanism used to submit the Entrant’s entry.
  16. The winners of the Draw will be notified in writing via email or by phone. The Prize will be redeemed at Adelaide Oval, War Memorial Drive, North Adelaide, SA 5006.
  17. Should an Entrant’s contact details change, it is the Entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technological malfunction or failure, Internet traffic congestion, or for outdated or incorrect contact details by which the entrant cannot be contacted during business hours on relevant dates. 
  18. Should a winning entrant cancel their registration or advise the Promoter of their non-attendance at the event, or not attend the event to claim the prize, then their prize will be void.
  19. The Prize is not transferrable to another date or person, and is not redeemable for cash.
  20. The Promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter correspondence regarding the draw result.
  21. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the Prize to cancel or vary the competition, or cancel, vary or withdraw its Prize. If the Promoter cancels or varies a competition, or cancels, varies or withdraws its Prize, is not: a) liable to any person for any costs, loss or damage whatsoever arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; or   b) required to conduct the Draw at any other time. 
  22. Entrants enter the Draw at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not be liable for, and an entrant releases the Promoter from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, or for personal injury or sickness suffered or sustained, as a result of entering the Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using the Prize.
